MINDFULNESS FOR KIDS

 

Mindfulness is a tool that helps kids find balance, be confident with themselves

and in their relationships, stay fully self-expressed and be grateful and happy in their everyday life.

 

Kids & Teens who are taught Mindfulness:

 

  • Are able to deal powerfully with bullying and any situation that comes up with other kids/ people.

  • Gain in emotional intelligence and learn to regulate their own emotions such as anger, fear, and anxiety.

  • Improve in their academic achievements and in their ability to pay attention, and maintain focus.

  • Learn to not take things personally, and

  • Become self-assured, calm, peaceful and connected with themselves and others.

We offer several classes for kids and teens (see calendar):

​

A. Classes for kids 6-8 years old

B. Classes for kids 9-12 years old

C. Classes for teens 13-18 years old more information on classes for teens 

D. Online classes for Kids: A class for kids (10-13 years old) which is also open for parents to join (if you and your children want you to), so that you can get a better understanding of what we are doing and help them implement it in their day to day lives.

Parenting Teens: Difficult Emotions is a 13 session webinar in which we focus on difficult emotions, emotional regulation using mindfulness, changing automatic patterns of behavior and developing responsibility and a positive psychology. This class complements but also stands as independent from the other two parenting webinars.
